Herbalist ~ Permaculture Educator ~ Yoga Teacher

I fell in love with herbs at seven years old, when my Auntie Jackie gave me jasmine tea for an upset tummy — and I never looked back. Plants have been my first medicine ever since.

I’m a certified Permaculture Designer (PINA-backed, Oregon State University) and a lifelong herbal practitioner, shaped by the wisdom of the land and the teachings of Juliette de Bairacli-Levy, Rosemary Gladstar, Michael Moore, and Sajah Popham. I also studied formally through the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine.

I’m a certified yoga teacher (200RYT) currently completing my 500RYT with additional training in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, and Yoga Nidra. I study under Samarthya and Preetika Bhatnagar.

I’ve spent the last 35 years teaching — not just in classrooms, but in gardens, kitchens, forests, and farm fields. Today I live and work on a herb and flower farm in Massachusetts, where I steward all manner of farm animals. I am friends with all the wild flora and fauna who make this place home. I’m also a mother of 12, Nana of 3, a folk practitioner of Celtic and Slavic traditions, an artist, a handcrafter, and a cook.
